About Lakeway Pool Tile Cleaning

What We Do
We clean pool tile. That's the whole business.
Most pool service companies handle a long list of things — weekly maintenance, water chemistry, equipment repair, leak detection, plaster repair. All of that is important work, but it's not what we do. We focus specifically on calcium and scale removal because doing one thing well requires equipment, training, and attention that gets diluted when you try to do everything.
The bead blasting equipment we use isn't something most pool service companies carry. The technique requires specific training to do safely on Pebble Tec, stone, and delicate tile. And the timing of when to do it — after years of buildup, before tile is damaged — is its own area of expertise.
If you need weekly pool service, we'd send you to a pool service company. If you need your tile to look the way it did the day your pool was built, we're the right call.
How We Work
Honest assessments. When we come out to look at your pool, we tell you what's actually going on. If bead blasting won't fix your problem — if your tile is damaged rather than dirty, or if a different service is what you actually need — we'll tell you. We'd rather not do a job than do one that won't make you happy.
Firm quotes. The price we quote at the assessment is the price you pay. No surprise fees, no upsells on service day, no scope creep.
Same-day service. Most jobs are completed in 2 to 3 hours. We don't disappear for hours mid-job, we don't leave your property half-finished, and we don't ask for payment until you've inspected the work.
No damage policy. Our process is specifically chosen to avoid damaging tile, stone, pebble, grout, or surrounding landscaping. If something goes wrong, we make it right.
Real availability. When you call, we answer. When we say we'll be there at 9 AM, we're there at 9 AM.
About Pricing
We don't publish pricing on this site because every pool is different. A 30-foot waterline tile band with light buildup is a different job than a pool with a waterfall, stone coping, and three years of heavy calcium. Pricing one without seeing it would either overcharge the simple jobs or underquote the complex ones.
What we will tell you: our pricing is competitive with the small number of other bead blasting specialists in the Austin metro area, and significantly cheaper than tile replacement (which is what calcium-damaged tile owners often think their only option is).
A free on-site assessment takes about 20 minutes and gives you a firm written quote. There's no obligation to book.
Where We Work
We focus on Lakeway and the immediate Lake Travis area, including Bee Cave, Spicewood, West Lake Hills, Briarcliff, Lago Vista, Jonestown, and Steiner Ranch. Outside this area we may still be able to help, but we route those jobs less often and lead times may be longer.
